• Hydlaparken may change or cancel events due to weather or other conditions which implies that it is irresponsible to open the climbing tracks.

• The guest himself is responsible to find and follow current safety rules.

• Hydlaparken is open in all kinds of weather. By thunder and/or strong wind may all or parts of the climbing tracks close until the weather conditions improve.

Payment terms

• We accept cash (NOK), Visa and Mastercard.

Web-based trade

​

• We accept Visa and Mastercard.

• Your order is binding and non-refundable by a confirmed approved transaction.

• Your receipt must be shown during check in.

• By illness or injury before check-in, we will refund 90% of your orders value if you present a medical certificate.

Cancellation terms

​

• Tickets bought online is non-refundable, and only valid on their booking date.
